Is the free plan a trial?
No. Free is designed to be a permanent plan: one hosted menu with up to 40 dishes, two templates, your logo, unlimited edits and unlimited QR scans. It includes a small “Menu by À MESA” footer.
When would I upgrade to Pro?
Choose Pro for €12/month per restaurant location when you want all five designs, unlimited dishes, custom colours and fonts, multiple menus and languages, or to remove À MESA branding.
Do I have to pay for setup?
No. You can set up your menu yourself. If you want us to import your menu, create a bespoke design or prepare printed materials, those services are optional and quoted separately.
Can I create my account now?
For now, you can explore all five sample menu designs. Account creation, owner editing and subscriptions are coming soon.
Will I need a new QR code when I change my menu?
No. Your QR code points to your permanent menu link. Every time you publish, the menu at that link updates.
Can I update the menu myself?
Yes. The service is designed around a simple editor: change a dish, description, price or availability, preview your changes, then publish.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They scan your QR code and the menu opens directly in their phone’s browser.
What if I already have a printed menu?
Use your printed menu to add your dishes and prices to À MESA. You can also choose our optional setup service to handle the import. Keep offering printed menus alongside your digital menu if you like.
Does À MESA take orders or payments?
À MESA focuses on displaying your menu beautifully and keeping it up to date. Customers place their orders with your team as usual.
